Mira trained in the lineage of Iyengar before turning, slowly, toward a softer practice. Her sessions are built around what she calls the long arrival — the time it takes for a body to actually walk into the room.
She teaches from a small studio in Lisbon and a screen anywhere else, and keeps her roster intentionally short.
